The product is exactly as described, but the manual lack information like if you lock the door from inside, you cannot open even with the password. After I receive the video the installation was easy. I already used the password, fingerprint and the card and I will test the Bluetooth later as it is not easy to use. After you install this lock you need to learn how to open your door, but it not that difficult. I t took a week for the store to ship it, but after they ship it, the product arrived in 3 days in my home
